Mr. Waxler is a native of Houston and Willis, TX. He received his Bachelors Degree in Instrumental Music Education from Hardin-Simmons University in 1997.

Mr. Waxler has over 25 years experience teaching music in all levels of education in various school districts around the state of Texas. He is a trumpet and brass specialist who loves to perform whenever he has the chance.

When Mr. Waxler is not teaching, he likes to watch any kind of sports and spend time with his amazing wife, Lissa and their three boys James, Peter, and Phillip.
