IMPORTANT UPDATE TO FRIDAY'S PEP RALLY SCHEDULE AND EARLY DISMISSAL!
November 7, 2024
EBISD Parents and Guardians,
We are moving the November 8th pep rally start time up to 2:10pm. The time change accommodates the necessary travel for our volleyball team and allows for all seniors to participate in the final senior-themed pep rally.
Pep rallies typically run 30-35 minutes so we anticipate dismissal to occur around 2:40-2:45pm.
Please make plans to pick up your student around 2:45pm tomorrow. Also anticipate an earlier drop off if your student rides the bus.
We apologize for the late notice, but putting kids first sometimes requires a last minute pivot.
Thank you!
¡Gracias!

Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to bring to your attention a serious matter that has arisen recently at our school. It has come to our notice that a student brought a toy gun to school.
While we understand that these items may seem harmless, their presence in our school environment can lead to misunderstandings and heightened concerns among students, staff, and parents. The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining a secure learning environment.
We kindly ask that you discuss this issue with your child and reinforce the importance of leaving toy weapons at home. Our school policy prohibits any items that could be perceived as weapons, and we will be taking appropriate measures to address this situation.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our school office. Thank you for your cooperation and support in ensuring a safe and positive school environment.
Sincerely,
EBISD Administration
