Cross Country Regional Send-Off
The Brahmarettes reached 100 consecutive district wins on October 11th, encompassing the efforts of players and coaches from 2016 to 2024, AND they are still adding to it!
Join us in honoring our EBHS Varsity Volleyball teams from 2016 to 2024 at Memorial Stadium on Friday, November 8th at halftime of the varsity football game.
Note: If we end up having a volleyball playoff game on 11/8, we will let folks know ASAP and postpone to another date and time.

While we understand that these items may seem harmless, their presence in our school environment can lead to misunderstandings and heightened concerns among students, staff, and parents. The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining a secure learning environment.
We kindly ask that you discuss this issue with your child and reinforce the importance of leaving toy weapons at home. Our school policy prohibits any items that could be perceived as weapons, and we will be taking appropriate measures to address this situation.

Did you know our 7th graders are designing apps and games? At the EBISD October board meeting, Sophie Kutach and Joey Orsak shared their coding skills and game designs (learned in Mrs. Kubena's STEM class) with the EBISD Board of Trustees. All we can say is--WOW! #Makingthebestbetter

Effective 10/1, Brazos ISD will offer online ticketing for athletic events. You may still pay at the door with cash. Passes are accepted.
The first event for East Bernard fans at Brazos ISD will be the high school volleyball match @ Brazos on Tuesday, 10/8.

Student behavior and foot traffic were much better at our last home game. Thank you parents for your assistance and support! This Friday is Homecoming and we anticipate increased attendance and excitement. We are asking once again for your partnership to make Friday night an enjoyable experience for all.
GAME DAY SUPERVISION
Parents, All students in grade 6 and below must be accompanied by an adult to football games. Students may not be dropped off at the stadium without an adult on site and under their supervision. Non-compliance may result in the student being asked to be picked up by the parent and leave the stadium.
Additionally, students are required to remain in the stands and are not allowed to roam or leave and re-enter the stadium. Roaming includes going up and down the bleachers frequently. Thank you for partnering with us to monitor our children and make home football games an exceptional experience for all attendees. Go Brahmas!
SUPERVISIÓN DEL DÍA DEL JUEGO
Padres, Todos los estudiantes de sexto grado y menores deben estar acompañados por un adulto a los partidos de fútbol. No se podrá dejar a los estudiantes en el estadio sin un adulto en el lugar y bajo su supervisión. El incumplimiento puede resultar en que los padres le pidan al estudiante que lo recoja y lo abandone del estadio.
Además, los estudiantes deben permanecer en las gradas y no se les permite deambular ni salir y volver a entrar al estadio. La itinerancia incluye subir y bajar las gradas con frecuencia. Gracias por asociarse con nosotros para monitorear a nuestros niños y hacer de los juegos de fútbol en casa una experiencia excepcional para todos los asistentes.

The annual Homecoming "Snake Dance" pep rally is TONIGHT! Line up begins at Savon at 6:30-6:45pm, entering Memorial Stadium about 7pm. See y'all there and GO BRAHMAS!
Reminder: This will be THE pep rally for homecoming. There will not be an additional pep rally on Friday, 10/4.

JH FOOTBALL SCHEDULE CHANGE:
10/31/24 LOCATION Change
On October 31st (Halloween), we are scheduled for 4 home games (2 junior high, 2 JV). Time will not allow for EB to host four games at home. Therefore, the junior high games were moved to industrial. The 2 JV games will remain at home and will start earlier. We will send out more information and reminders as we get closer.
The high school Mummers Club (Speech and Drama) is having a car wash fundraiser this Saturday, Sept. 28th from 10:30 AM till 1:30 PM in the back parking lot. You can either pre-buy your ticket from any club officer (to help remind you) or just show up on Saturday. The cost is $10 to get your vehicle sparkly-clean!
