PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE FROM YEARS PAST: Parents will no longer be able to pay for individual photos AND group photos on one form. There is a separate form for group photos this year. If you want both individual photos and group photos, you can:
>Parents may write one check, but BOTH envelopes have to be turned in and the envelope without the payment has to have a note written on it stating the payment is included with the individual picture order.
PLEASE STAPLE OR TAPE THE FORMS TOGETHER. OR Parents can write two checks.
